Q. What personal information will I be required to submit to place an order?
A.

You do not need to register or login in order to shop at our site. No personal information is required until you click on the "Checkout" link. During the Checkout process you will be asked for your Credit Card number, Credit Card Billing Address, and for the Shipping Address. We accept American Express, Visa, and MasterCard. We do not accept cash, COD, or checks. You will also be asked for your email address so that we can send "Order Received" and "Shipping" confirmation notices to you.

 
Q. Can I make a change to the items in my shopping cart during the Checkout process?
A.

Yes. The Checkout process includes 3 pages. On Checkout Page 1, you enter your Billing Address, Shipping Address, and a Gift Message if desired. On Page 2, you will be able to make changes to your shopping cart. You can change a quantity, remove a product, or go back to our online catalog to continue shopping. On Page 2 you will also be asked to select from a list of shipping options and costs. After you select your desired shipping method, you will be able to see the Total Cost of your Order. Page 2 will then ask for your Credit Card number. After you click the "Submit" button on Page 2, you will be given an Order Number on Page 3. You will also be able to print a copy of your Order on Page 3. An Order Confirmation email will automatically be sent to you.

 
Q. Can I include a Gift message in my shipment?
A.

Yes. On Checkout Page 1 on all orders, you will have an opportunity to enter a brief Gift message. This message will be printed on the Packing Slip and included in the shipment. Please note that the Packing Slip will show your name and the recipient's name and address, but will not show the price you paid for any of the items on the order.

 
Q. Will I have to pay sales tax?
A.

Only if your order is shipped to California. The sales tax will be 8.25% for Los Angeles county shipments and 7.375% for Solano county shipments. Shipments to all other counties in California will be assessed a 7.25% sales tax.

 
Q. Can I ship my order to a PO Box or APO address?
A.

Sorry, we are unable to ship orders to PO Box and APO addresses at this time.

 
Q. Do you accept international orders?
A.

Yes. Please note that in certain circumstances we may request that additional personal identification be submitted to us by fax. This is for your protection. There can be a higher incidence of credit card fraud with international orders, so in certain circumstances the request for additional identification is to protect you from the possibility of illegal charges hitting your credit card. Also note that the person receiving the international shipment is responsible for any import duties or taxes that might be added at the time of delivery. Finally, please be aware that we cannot deliver to international PO Boxes or APO Addresses.

 
Q. What are the shipping options and costs?
A.

On Checkout Page 2 you will be provided with a list of UPS shipping options and costs. Select the option that fits your desired delivery time and budget. The stated Shipping costs already have Handling charges included.

 
Q. How can I track my order?
A.

When your order is successfully submitted, you will receive an Order Confirmation email. Most orders are processed and ready for shipping within two business days. As soon as your order is shipped, we will send you a Shipping Confirmation email. Some products may be shipped from separate locations. Therefore, you may receive more than one Shipping Confirmation email. Each Confirmation email will include a UPS tracking number. You can use this tracking number at www.UPS.com to monitor the delivery status of your package.

 
Q. What if an item I want is back-ordered?
A.

If an item is temporarily out of stock, a special notation will appear in your shopping cart mentioning that it is "back-ordered". The same shopping cart notation will also include an estimated shipping date. Despite being back-ordered, you can still proceed to purchase that item. Doing so will immediately put you on the list of customers to be shipped this item as soon as it is back in stock. Please note that all items in your order that are not back-ordered will be processed and shipped immediately. There is no extra Shipping charge for back-ordered items that are shipped separately at a later date. And your credit card will not be billed for any item until it is actually shipped.
