Think of our Return Policy as an insurance policy designed to help guarantee your full satisfaction with Golfing Innovations and the products we stand behind. If you or your gift recipient are not fully satisfied with any item in your order, simply return it within 30 days for a 100% refund of the item’s purchase price and taxes (if applicable). Original shipping and handling costs are not refundable. All you need to do is send an email to Returns@GolfingInnovations.com. In your email, specify your name, the address to which the item(s) were originally shipped, and the product(s) you would like to return. We will then send you a Return Authorization (RA) number and the address to which the returned product(s) will need to be shipped. Each item must be returned in its original packaging. Include the original packing slip inside the return box. The RA number must be clearly written on the outside of the box as well as on the packing slip. If the return is a result of an incorrect or damaged product being included in the original shipment, then we will send you a pre-paid USPS shipping label. Otherwise, return shipping costs are your responsibility. For your security, we recommend that you use an insured courier (i.e. USPS Parcel Post, UPS, or FedEx). Be sure to retain your receipt. Golfing Innovations is not responsible for returned items damaged or lost in transit. Returned items must be in new and unused condition. All returns will be inspected prior to credit being issued. If items have been used, Golfing Innovations reserves the right to assess a refurbishing charge and/or to grant an in-store exchange credit only. For obvious reasons, returns cannot be accepted on custom imprinted logo items.
